Challenge:
It was Delta Media's experience in the tourism industry that encouraged
Lunehiver, an eco-tourism and adventure company in northern Quebec,
to seek our assistance in developing and implementing a marketing
strategy for the launch of their business.
Project:
The marketing plan included the creation of corporate communications
and marketing tools such as:
- The development of a unique bilingual company name (ECOadventures) and
bold graphic identity
- The design and printing of a business stationary package consisting
of business cards, envelopes and letterhead
- The design and printing of a bilingual lure brochure supporting the
company's commitment to green, professional and safety travel practices
- The creation of a press kit complete with info sheets and press materials
contained in a full-colour kit folder
- The production of a kiosk backdrop for tradeshows
- The creation of a commercial Web site to showcase ECOadventures product
offering, company expertise, survey and a custom on-line reservation form
- The development of a customer database to manage reservations
- The production of an interactive CD-ROM highlighting product offerings
in water- based, land-based, winter and cultural experiences
Result:
Delta Media created a strong corporate brand identity, marketing
tools and a Web site to serve as a launch pad for marketing Lunehiver's
packages of ECOadventures products to the Canada, USA and European
tourism markets.
